Smooth, creamy and full of flavour, this Greek Yogurt Dip with Pomegranate & Cilantro is too good to miss! With just a few simple ingredients and only 5 minutes to make, you can rely on this recipe for a gorgeous side dish – perfect for dipping veggies the next time friends come over for dinner!
This homemade dip takes just two easy steps to make:
- Combine all the ingredients for the yogurt dip
- Sprinkle with garnish & serve
It really couldn’t be easier than that!
You may have noticed from my other recipes that pomegranate & cilantro are two of my favourite garnishes. Not only do they have so many benefits and add such a yummy flavour combo, they also make an otherwise plain or boring dish stand out with a little pop of colour!
Ayurvedic Perspective on Greek Yogurt Dip
Yogurt is rich, heavy and cold so can be difficult to digest in Ayurveda, particularly for Kapha types. Enjoy this greek yogurt dip alongside some cooked veggies or another lighter option. Typically in Ayurveda, the best way to enjoy yogurt is to make your own homemade (I have personally never done this) or to dilute it into an easy to digest lassi.
