Refreshing, cool and sweet, this blueberry smoothie is perfect for summer! With just a handful of ingredients, you’ll have a delicious Pitta friendly smoothie in minutes.
There’s a smoothie place where I live that makes the best (and I mean the BEST) smoothies. No matter how many times I made my own at home, there were just never the same….until now!
I randomly made this smoothie one day without following a recipe and as soon as I tasted it, it instantly reminded me of the ones I order from this smoothie bar I love (but at a fraction of the price to make myself🤪).
I was hooked – try this perfect blueberry smoothie for yourself and see what I mean!
Ayurveda Perspective on this Blueberry Smoothie
This smoothie is particularly Pitta pacifying due to it’s sweet, cooling and anti-inflammatory qualities. If digestion (agni) is weak, use fresh blueberries instead of frozen and omit the cashew butter.
Here’s What You Need
