carrots

beets

tbsp
olive oil

small sprigs
fresh rosemary
to taste
mineral salt

feta
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Peel and slice carrots and beets and spread evenly on the tray
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and fresh rosemary
Roast for about 40-45 minutes until vegetables are tender and starting to brown, tossing halfway through
Serve with feta and extra rosemary to garnish if desired
