Preheat the oven to 180 C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the nut butter, egg and melted ghee/coconut oil until smooth
Then add in the remaining ingredients (except the m&ms) and stir well to form a sticky dough
Using either a tablespoon or cookie scoop, make 10 balls and spread evenly on the baking tray (making sure to leave room for them to expand)
Gently press the m&ms on top of each cookie before placing in the oven, and then bake for about 12-13 minutes
When baked, transfer to a wire rack and cool before eating!
