Healthy Ginger Latte with Cinnamon Swirl

Think gingerbread vibes for this recipe - warming cinnamon, a little kick of ginger and splash of sweetness. Too good to be true! You can enjoy all the health benefits of Fresh Ginger Tea in this recipe, but as a creamy, comforting latte.

Equipment

  • Milk frother

Ingredients
  

  • 2 knobs fresh ginger
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Boil the ginger in water for at least 10 minutes (longer if you want a stronger ginger taste!)
  • Meanwhile, heat the oat milk (a frother is best but if you don't have one you can whisk in a pot on the stove)
  • Serve the ginger tea in your favourite mug, and stir in cinnamon and maple syrup until combined
  • Pour your frothy oat milk in on top and enjoy!
