Golden Glow Mango Lassi

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 2/3 cup fresh mango
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 1 splash maple syrup ((optional - to taste))

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blitz until smooth

Notes

For a more traditional lassi, combine water, plain yoghurt, spices, and add a little honey to sweeten!
