Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat oven to 180 and line a baking tin
Add all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to a large mixing bowl and stir thoroughly until fully combined (the batter will be quite thick)
Then stir in the chocolate chips
Pour batter into baking tin and spread evenly
Cook for about 15 minutes and leave it to cool in the baking tin for a further 15 minutes
Then, remove from tin and place on a cooling rack for another 15-20 minutes so it is fully cool before cutting
Serve with an extra sprinkle of sea salt if desired!
I made this with peanut butter but you can use a nut butter of your choice! Just make sure it is a smooth, natural version
The batter is supposed to be quite thick, so make sure to spread it evenly in the baking tin so it cooks evenly
These are supposed to be slightly undercooked as it will continue to cook while it rests in the tray
Be patient - don't try to cut it right away as tempting as it might be!
