Carrot Cake Baked Oats

Ingredients
 

  • 1 tsp coconut oil ((or butter))
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • greek yogurt & hempseeds ((optional for topping))

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F/180C and grease an 8x8 tin with a little coconut oil or butter (so the baked oats don’t stick)
  • Combine all the ingredients in the baking tin and bake for 30 minutes or until turning golden brown
  • Top with greek yoghurt, hemp seeds or even some walnuts & enjoy!
