1. Ayurvedic Assessment

We start with an in-depth 90 minute Ayurvedic consultation to review your health goals, current challenges and history. I put all the pieces of the puzzle together to make an Ayurvedic assessment and personalise each step of your 12 week programme!

2. Digestive
Reset

Next, I guide you through a digestive reset in the first of your first 60 minute coaching calls. Modern science is continually confirming what Ayurveda has known for thousands of years - strong digestion lays the foundation for better health.

3. Personalised
 Diet

After your digestive reset, you'll transition onto an Ayurvedic diet personalised for your body type. The Ayurvedic diet is flexible, affordable and easy to implement when you know how! I'll show you the core Ayurvedic principles you need to eat well for life!

4. Daily Routine + Hormonal Health

After we've started on your diet, we'll move on to crafting a supportive Ayurvedic lifestyle that works for YOU. We'll pin down the exact routines, Ayurveda practices and exercises that are best for you so you can feel energised and calm each day.

5. Sleep & Stress Management

Sleep is the #1 practice for better health, yet it is so often overlooked. This session will give you all the Ayurvedic tools for better rest and deeper sleep, as well as ways to manage your day to say stress. I'll also share how to get better sleep even if you have kids at home!

6. Mindfulness + Mindset

Finally, we'll work together to cultivate a mindfulness practice and strong mindset to propel you forwards in your progress. You'll learn how to take all the skills your've developed over the 12 weeks and implement it for lasting change and success.

I am new to Ayurveda. Is that ok?Absolutely! Whether you are brand new to Ayurveda, have dipped your toes in a bit, or have practiced for years - I meet you exactly where you are! You don't need to know ANYTHING about Ayurveda to gain the benefits of this programme!

What happens during the coaching calls?Your first appointment is a 90 minute Ayurvedic assessment where we talk in depth about your goals, current challenges, history and make a personalised Ayurvedic plan.

The following coaching calls are 60 minute sessions where we dive deep into specific topics. These are not just accountability check-ins (we do that too, of course!) - they are focused calls that cover the most important steps to move you closer towards your goals.

Are the coaching calls online?Yes! This programme is 100% online, so you can take part and gain all the benefits from the comfort of your home - no matter where you live. We work together to find an appointment time that works for your timezone to meet via video conferencing.

What if I need more support?No problem! I will be checking in with you and answering your questions in between coaching calls to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed. I am always only an email or message away when you want to check in.

Does it have to be 12 weeks?Lasting change does not happen overnight. After years of experience, I see the clients that have the most success are the ones that commit to a minimum of three months.

However, if the 12 week time frame is a barrier for you, I try to be as flexible as possible with 1:1 clients. I also offer a 6 week coaching option for those who might want to try it out. Book your free 30 minute consult and we can find a plan that works for you!

How much does it cost?The total investment is $1,250 USD for 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching and support.

What are the payment options?You have the option to pay for the 12 week programme upfront, or use a flexible payment plan dependent on your preference. All payments are securely processed through Stripe (you do not need a Stripe account).
